this is one tough sock! I've had mine for two years and they're still going strong. Not only do they feel good in the boat, I've used them for multi-mile hikes through some pretty rugged portages and they show no signs of wear except for slight thinning in the soles. I've been through quite a few brands of paddling footwear- I find these babies nothing short of amazing - after all, these are supposed to be just socks!

They are great when your regular paddling shoe won't fit The have much more support than the rodeo socks when walking on rocks or standing in the current
