The Retro-X has a breathable and weightless windproof barrier sandwiched between cozy fleece on the outside and a Capilene® brushed-mesh lining. Supplex® nylon panels down the sides and under the sleeves reduce bulk and slim the fit. With a fleece-lined collar and protective wind flap to prevent winter's chill from sneaking in. Two zippered handwarmer pockets keep digits toasty. Imported. Capilene® Core Performance® Capilene base layers afford quick-drying, next-to-skin moisture management for all activities in all conditions, from high-altitude bivies to sun-soaked water sports.

Classic, Warm, Flattering Fit Another positive review for the Patagonia Retro Jacket! The fit is flattering - not boxy at all. The jacket can feel a little stiff, but I got this to help block wind, so I knew this would not be a super soft fleece from the start. I get cold easily, but this jacket keeps me warm enough with just a lightweight shirt on underneath when temperatures hover around the 50's. I'm 5'5 and 105 pounds and went for the Extra Small. It is a trimmer fit, but I could put two thin layers on underneath the jacket. Sizing all depends on how you like your fit and how you will wear it. Size up if your planning on wearing anything bulky under it. I liked it so much, I have it in three different colors.

Love the warmth! This is a great fitting, warm jacket that is very lightweight. I agree that the size runs slightly on the smaller side and I would suggest ordering one size up. Order a darker color so you don't have to wash it as often! I have the cream colored jacket and have had to wash it several times. After a few washes it gets kinda fuzzy but still remains warm.
