Icebreaker added an exceptionally soft single elastic trim along the waist and leg openings for extra comfort on long hauls. Warm wool... I love how soft and comfortable the hipster is for a wool undergarment. I love to run in these. Highly breathable and look hot!

Low rise, inconsistent sizing These are just big enough to cover the necessary parts -- both the front and back are very low rise. The fabric is light, but not see through -- perfect for when you get hot and need your skin to breathe. The sizing, however, is *very* inconsistent. I have a 39" hip, wear a size 8 in pants/jeans, and wear a size M/6 in my current underwear. Reviews from backcountry.com suggested I order a size small for the hipsters, even though the Icebreaker sizing chart suggested I order a medium. I ordered a small in Nutmeg and Black. The Nutmeg fit just fine for me, but the Black was definitely too small -- will need a medium in Black.

Great for hot weather Seems to run small for me, had to order a large when I wear a medium in everything else. Awesome for hot and muggy weather. I live in Hawaii and do a lot of walking/running. These are the best for me!
