Therefore, they built the Sidewinder SV Pant with 480N GORE-TEX® 3 Layer Pro, a highly abrasion resistant fabric that raises the already high standard of GORE-TEX® performance. The breathability and waterproof durability is better than ever while fabric weight is lighter than the pervious generation of GORE-TEX®. One of the big advances here is the use of smaller seam allowances and narrower seam tape, a combination that improves suppleness, reduces bulk, weight, and helps the pant breathe better. Other great features include dual waist adjusters, thigh vents to extend the comfort range, and laminated zippers and powder cuffs as yet another means of improving the Sidewinder SV's supple feel.
