Created specifically for freeriders who weigh between 53 and 165 lbs. (that's with the ski jacket, boots, helmet and other ski clothing on…) the Marker M 7.0 Free Ski Binding is one of the most affordable quality all-terrain bindings on the market this season. Because the DIN range tops out at 7, this binding is best suited for small or young riders, but it shouldn't be dismissed as a beginners-only component. The Marker M 7.0 Free features some of the key components found on Marker's higher-end Freeride bindings, including a new extra-wide Big Air Pad that actually improves the contact area between your boot and the ski, so you can turn the ski easier with less effort. This binding also features Biotech® toe units that work with the integrated stainless steel AFD plate to facilitate skier release on twisting falls. In back you'll find Marker's EPS (Edge Pressure System) support over the ski brake that helps direct energy transfer over ski edges for enhanced turning. Because the M 7.0 Free Ski binding is designed for all-terrain skis, it has a wider ski brake to accommodate the added girth around the middle of the platform.
