This is a female-specific boot that goes fast with rounded-down Nordica flex index numbers, so you enjoy the fit longer than a handful of race runs. The SpeedMachine 8 is a superb precision design that any expert will appreciate. It offers most of the same features found on Nordica's popular women's SpeedMachine 12 ski boot, although you don't have the Power Driver Velcro strap or the racing-rigid flex rating. What you do get is the same bi-injected boot design with soft pliable plastic throughout comfort areas and rigid material where energy transfer is critical to precision edge hold. In addition to the faux fur lining, this boot also has a heat-ready liner that accepts most of the boot heating systems currently available on the market.
