We like Nordica's Multimacro ratchet system because it has three different closure positions, so you can increase the range by 25 mm. without the need for tools or other fiddling around. We also can't say enough about the extra-wide last width in this boot. While many running shoe companies now embrace products with varied widths, the One 10 Ski Boot is one of the few ski boots out there for wider feet. Like more expensive boots, the One 10 has an automatic ski/walk setting that locks the flex mechanism into the ski position on the first forward flex.
