Did the job I used it to raft a local class III section of river with water temp of about 50 degrees. Although I didn't swim in it I did go through some waves that covered me chest high and it shed the water real well. I never felt any chill at all. The problem is someone else must have liked it as well, someone stole it off my raft as I helped some other people at the take out.
