Great jacket but zippers get stuck... I received my black jacket a few days ago after searching high and low for a non-bulky, light 3-in-1 jacket for a trip to Europe this winter. It fits great and is very comfortable. The inside quilted liner jacket and outside shell each look great separately, and together. The jacket is very soft, thin, and non-bulky, but don't let this deceive you - it is still very warm. The only problem I have is that there are too many fabric flaps inside the main zipper, and the flap is sewn too close to the zipper (it almost looks a little bit crooked, getting closer to the zipper as you go up) which causes it to get stuck VERY easily and makes it almost impossible to zip the coat up all the way. I would have exchanged it but it was the last one in black in my size, so I'm just going to deal with it since I love the jacket otherwise.
